How Do I request Warranty Service?
     Requests can be submitted as outlined below How Long Is My Warranty Good For?
     The Alberta New Home Warranty Program allows warranty 1year for materials
     installed and 5 year structural. For more detailed information, you may wish
     to visit the Alberta New Home Warranty website at www.anhwp.com and review
     their workmanship and reference guide.

Who Should I call with Questions about my Home?
     Please call our office at 403.343.6166 during regular office hours of Monday -
     Friday 8:30 am until 4:30 pm. We will be happy to advise you where we can 
     and re-direct you to the appropriate repair person if required.

How Do We Respond To Emergency Warranty Matters?
      Please review "After Hours" Contacts under Contact us for the appropriate Numbers.
      If contacting us direclty, all appropriate trades required are contacted and dispatched promptly.

Are Warranty Matters Resolved only during 'Normal Buisness Hours'?
     Standard warranty items will receive prompt attention during regular buisness hours.

How Is Warranty Service Scheduled?
     Upon receiving Warranty Request, we may need to schedule a "preview appointment".
     Generally these appointments require only a few minutes for assesment. Once it is 
     determined whom needs to be scheduled, you will be contacted to provide most
     convenient dates/times, within regular office hours, for the trade to be in your home to
     complete your warranty item.  Ocasionally the trade will contact you direclty to arrange 
     this.

When a Serviceman is doing work at my house, is it okay to request he perform other work?
     It is preferred that all Warranty Service Work be requested through Executive Builders
     Group. Questions and conflict could arise as to whether an item is under warranty as well
     as responsibility of payment. When Subsuquent trades are invovled, it is important that
     we track progress to ensure satisfactory completion.
